Our story

Grand opening of Life Cycle Canyon

Our story

Ride the Beat.
Burn the Limits.

From Kelsi

A room with a pulse
and a porch-light heart.

Kelsi opened Life Cycle because she wanted Canyon and Amarillo to have what big-city boutique studios offer — the pretty room, the playlist, the coaching — without the pretension. A place to start the day glowing, unwind after work, or celebrate the little thing: a body that can still move.

Grand opening felt like a family reunion that hadn’t happened yet. Complete Health Amarillo and Five Star Nutrition showed up. Neighbors clipped in. The founders’ memberships went fast. The hugs lasted longer.

We are still that studio. Rhythm-based. Beginner-honest. Instructors who remember your name and your song.

The work is the ride. The gift is the people.

What we believe

Stronger. Happier.
Calmer. Brighter.

Music

The beat is the coach

We ride where music meets motion. If the song is right, you will find a gear you didn’t know you had.

Community

Canyon-sized love

Sunset rides at Bar Z. Newest-member welcomes on the wall. This is a small town. We act like it, in the best way.

Belonging

Come as you are

Classes are actually made for beginners. Fitness + community for every body. You do not have to earn the door.

We’re always listening for instructors who care more about the person than the performance. Spin, pilates, yoga — if you can hold a room with kindness and a great playlist, write us.
